This class is taught once a month and is designed to give education to Moms at 12-24 weeks of pregnancy.  It provides tools to help you prepare for a great pregnancy by focusing on physical and emotional changes, nutrition and exercise and stress relief techniques.  This class is taught by an ICEA Certified Childbirth Educator.

 

 

This class is held at the Madison Memorial Education Department

at 393 E. 2nd N. Rexburg Idaho. Use EAST ENTRANCE. 

 

This class is provided FREE of charge for all patients that deliver at Madison Memorial Hospital. (Patients that deliver somewhere other than Madison Memorial Hospital will be charged $45.00 for this course.)
